Cannot connect to the Internet via WIFI or Ethernet. Sky app says there's nothing wrong. There's an Amber light for Internet and Voice. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting the cable bit still hasn't turned on.

I am having the same issue in Bridgend area. Have tried resetting rougher and turning off/on but still get orange light. No mention on sky website.

I am having the same issue in the Southampton area. It's behaving very strange and we can't even turn WiFi off and use 4G. Everything just says offline. Have tried to turn off/on etc

@Julierobbo7 & @Crazywolfrider if your hub is not connecting - internet light not green/white depending on the hub - connect to the My Sky app run the connection test to check if it tells you are aware of a fault affecting your line. If it doesnt give Sky a call lines are starting to open now.
