Cannot get access to internet on my pc but WiFi works on my phone and laptop do I need an engineer to fix this

This forum isn't a direct point of contact with Sky: other customers respond as they see fit.

Sky won't send an 'engineer' to resolve individual device issues.

What kind of PC is this and how are you attempting to connect it?
