Cannot connect TCL tv to WIFI for the past weeks

I was away a couple of weeks and since my TCL TV can't connect to the WIFI. Sometimes it says connection is poorly, or has authentication issue, doesn't recognise password etc... . I unplugged everything several time, resetted it, insert ID and password again, forget and re.do. Sometimes it connects for 15' (this eventually happened just yesterday) and goes again. All the other devices in the house work well. I have nly that one TV.

@SBartolotta  Try running a speed test on the TV, open the Netflix app on the TV and go th Get Help, run the connection test.    It should return the speed you're getting over wifi.

 

If the speed seems ok then it would suggest a TV issue

 

If it's only that one device affected then I would suggest seeking support from the TV manufacturer.

I don't have Netflix, I can't even see reset options on the TV menu, indeed I had to unplug.
