Cannot access certain apps through WiFI

I can access most apps and searches through my mobile phone via WiFi at home but some are not opening or enabling access - however they will when I come off of WiFi and browse via my 5G data

Typically you'd need to adjust the age setting in Sky Broadband Shield, because the default '13' blocks some apps.
