Cannot Connect my mobile to the new router

I am typing in the password from my new router onto the WFI connection on my mobile but it repeatedly comes back PASSWORD INCORRECT. Please advise how to solve this. If it cannot be solved I will contect Sky office and revert back to my old routrer. Thanks for your help if you can help.      Patricia Plaster
