Cancelled connection

Renewed contract with Sky , to fibre , due to be connected 17th August ,  but now there is an issue , apparently with Open Reach, who can't provide connection. Why have sky sold me a service they cant provide ?

@Misty010 simply because until Openreach worked out that they could not run a line Sky simply did not know your service wouldn't work. This happens very rarely and happens where running a line will be very expensive, is simply impossible or where the customer declines to have the work done which I assume does not apply here.

@Misty010

If you put your address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker, this may indicate what the issue is.

It's the first few lines below the speed table which are most likely to be useful.
