Cancelled connection appointment

I was due to be connected to sky today however due to bad weather it was not possible or safe for the engineers to proceed. I am trying to arrange another date but cannot access the diary on musky which I was advised to do via text message.
The new date is for early November which is not acceptable.

@Sjohns218  You will need to take that up with Sky as we are customers here like you and have no sway over Oenreach appointments

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
