Cancellation of Services
So I cancelled my Sky Broadband subscription before the end of month. Bill is showing £44 owed. Following month bill is showing -£44. I cancelled my direct debit after retuning my equipment but Sky is still saying I owe £44 and I will get a £10 late payment fee if I dont pay it?? Why would they do this when it clearly shows the following month will cancel that payment out??

Re: Cancellation of Services
Billing continues through a notice period and as bills are generated 14 days prior to a payment date it's quite normal that another bill payment will be required. Of course any overpayment will be reimbursed to you so you need to reset your payment method and allow the charges to be taken.
