If you don't have another provider lined up then you will be left with no service so to cancel you need to get in touch with Sky support.
There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

So select "Yes I still need help" at the bottom of the page as the options will load after about 5 seconds.
