Cancel my City Fibre by Sky engineer visit for Sky Full Fibre 100 activation

I want to cancel my City Fibre engineer visit scheduled for Wednesday, 6th August, by Sky engineer visit for Sky Full Fibre 100 activation. As I din't really want this upgrade to my home. I like what I already have.

 

But find it difficult to cancel the appointment online. Will I have to phone Sky in moirning to cancel it over the phone then?
