Cancel broadband or transfer to someone else

Hi there, I have just started a contract for 49 Grosvenor house and still in cooling period I would like to cancel the contract or transfer the contract into the tenant still at property. Would also like to ask how go about disconnecting a Netflix and adding a new email associated to it..

@Terri30 You cannot transfer the account to anyone else, sky don't allow that. You will have to cancel and to do that you need to call Sky, the forum is mainly customer to customer support so no-one here can assist further with the cancellation or with the Netflix issue.

@Terri30 You need to call sky, nothing else will happen with you posting on the Forum, and contracts can not be transfered.
