Hello! I would like to ask if I want to cancel the service, but my contract is not over, how should I deal with it, and how to send the Router back to your company, thank you for your help!

You need to call Sky to cancel. They will then advise if an early termination fee is due.

It's best to leave that until the cancellation goes through: Sky will then be in touch to advise on hardware return. Trying to return anything prior to this is likely to complicate things.
