Can you set up a 2.4gh on new sky hub

Is it possible to set up a secondary wifi network from a sky router, that can be 2.4gh

Thanks so much Jim. We have the new white sky max router. Because the old router wasn't getting the signal round the old house walls. We also had two extention pods installed by Sky. They didn't however tell us that we couldn't sue 2.4gh, which some of our tech relies upon! BAck to the drwaing board.

Both the router & pods still put out a 2.4ghz signal its just merged with the 5ghz signal under one SSID. Granted that some smart devices do struggle to connect when using a unified SSID, however the 2.4ghz signal is still there. You could try temporarily disabling 5ghz in the My Sky app under router settings, this should allow your smart devices to connect.
