Hi, newbie poster here! We have a Hubble baby monitor that connects to our Wi-Fi fine and we can view live feed when phone is on Wi-Fi however we cannot view remotely when we leave the house. The app receives notifications of sound detected or motion detected and temperature but gives a connection error when going to live feed. It worked fine 2-3 years ago on old sky router but this has been upgraded since. I have done a factory reset to both router and camera and reinstalled app and camera but still no joy. Does anyone know of this issue and how I can fix it? Thanks in advance 😊

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI am not sure what else would be blocking it on Sky's end. Have you tried unplugging the router for 30mins? This will fetch you a new public IP as it may just be that causing issues
