Can’t upgrade as I owe money ??

Every time I go to up grade it say I'm restricted, reinstate my service!!!!!

but I click on it I owe nothing £0 please help

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself, if you are having problems you should  call sky about your problem

Call sky If Broadband showing restricted need to call them to reinstate service. And ask them to clear any issues on Account
