Can't update google apps on my phone over wifi

I can't update any of my google apps on my phone over sky wifi. Wifi seems to be running fine, but all of a sudden I can't download or update apps unless I switch to mobile data. All my settings say to allow over any wifi network. This has effected my tablet at the same time. I'm using a Samsung phone and tablet. Home shield is turned off.

There is quite a few threads on this issue im not sure how to link them though. It seems most people having this issue are in west yorkshire too. Its been reported to sky by lots of people but no updates as to what the problem is just yet. Im having the same issue with android and  also for me sky go is not playing live tv on my ps5.
