Can’t switch to full fibre

I am currently out of contract and trying to switch to full fibre but when I choose the package  I want and continue it just says there are technical issues and it take me back to the start again, and I have been trying to this since last week

@SarahR3 where the online order won't go through you have to call Sky. There are multiple possible reasons but one is a factor has to be explained and for you to confirm you undestand.
