Hi...I am trying to switch my broadband provider from BT to Sky. I fill everything out on the MySky app and every time I get to the last page when it is finalising everything, I get a 'We are experiencing Technical Issues'.
I have tried over many days but I get the same message
Any help will be much appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@shrimper365 therecareca variety of teadons why the online site wont complete and unhelpfully it never tells you why. Where this happens give Sky a call as an agent should becablecto help. Often there are changes like switching to a digital voice line or the need for a new full fibre line which require Sky to get your consent after explaing the implications.
