Can’t see sky max 6 in WiFi list

Recently had open reach install connection which is showing as 100% working

connected to WiFi hub but can't see it in WiFi list available 

light on front is slowly flashing green

 

when I try to connect using QR code just get unable to connect

@Ian272 the slow green flashs=es mean the hub is not fully connected. This can take quite a while but if it is still not showing a white light this morning call Sky as you need theircsupport.
