Can't see broadband deals (infinite loop)

I'm currently a customer with NowTV broadband, looking to switch to Sky since the deals seem better and can complement a SIM plan.

 

As I'm trying to see the available deals for Sky Broadband, I keep getting stuck in a repeating loop. I put in my postcode, at which point I'm asked if I live at the address (covered for privacy). I then loop repeatedly between being asked to log-in and another loading screen. (Pictures attached: 1. then 2, then 3 and 4 looped.)

Any suggestions for how I can escape this purgatory?

I think you would nee we best of calling Sky to get your order placed as ot might not be possible to get out of this looping error,
