Can't report a fault

My fibre is down since Storm Darragh and I can't get through to anyone to report a fault because it keeps sending me back to service checker which is unavailable which tells me to contact via phone which tells me to do service checker...

@StormDarragh the sevice checker should run over a mobile connection but it is going to be very busy as loads of checks are being run.. However it is highly likely that your fault is affecting a number of lines so will get fixed as and when the engineers get round to it.

The service checker hasn't worked in over a day now, so I've 0 faith in it working. We're the last house on the line in the rural area. I want to report this
