It is no longer possible to rename devices from MySky app on Android.
Open MySky app
Go to Broadband
Click on My Devices
Select device to be renamed
Click on edit icon top right corner. opens Rename your device dialog
Enter new name and click Save changes
Error message appears "Something went wrong. Your request couldn't be processed. Please close this message and try again."
Repeated attempts give the same error.
