Can’t log into admin hub to change bandwidth

I've stupidly thrown away the box for my sky hub ages ago without realising the log in details for the gateway hub were in there . I can't log into my gateway to change the bandwidth to 2.5 from 5.0 

any idea how to retrieve them elsewhere ? I have one of the newer white routers so only has the wifi name and password on there and no admin details . I've looked on the forums and tried the "admin" username with either sky as a password or the wifi password and none work . I haven't change any of these details previously as I haven't logged into the gateway at all .. so I'm stuck on what to do now. I have smart appliances at home that only run off 2.5ghz and not 5.0

@Camwen1405 Use the link below, hub will have a label on it you do not say which hub you have, White version is the wireless password.

Be carefull with the password, write it down on a piece off paper as large so you can read it easily, liitle L l 's can easily look like a 1 one...

Perhaps note it's frequency, not bandwidth, and 2.4Ghz rather than 2.5

Administration of the Max Hub is mostly carried out through the My Sky app.
