Can't link SkyID to Sky Account

I am having trouble connecting my new broadband hub to my sky account. I am new to sky, and when I input my postcode and title, it just redirects me to an error message (see below) 

 

does anyone know how to fix this? Sky customer service is down at the moment, so I can't call them, either.
