Can't install broadband after moving

租約地址暫時未顯示在天空寬頻的地址,怎樣向天空寬頻解釋我的地址有效性。我已經向天空寬頻電郵了租約,市政來信的地址證明。寬頻合作的工程師能上門檢視嗎?

Emailing anything to Sky Support doesn't work, and they can't arrange a visit to an address which they say doesn't exist.

 Provide valid address for government and banks has been sent. Emails are not? Do you want to go to Sky's branch and thank you for sharing it?
