Can’t get through to anybody

Braid band hasn't been delivered, engineer hasn't shown up.. can't get hold of sky at all and can't look at any updates on my account as sky have "technical issues"

You should be able to get through to someone if you stay on the line as long as you can and say nothing when asked anything by the bot.

Cannot get hold of anybody still

I want to cancel my order since sky can't manage to provide the service. 

I've tried calling, I've tried every social media, I've tried all the robot chats.. I cannot get through to anybody 😞 I'm so fed up of sky and I haven't even got the product. I just want to cancel please help

What's happening when you call? 

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Hello! So I tried ignoring the robot like somebody said and it just cut off at the end.. 

 

Other times I'll tell it I want to talk to a human or I'll say something like engineer hasn't shown up and it'll just send me off to the website and hang up..
