Can’t get speed it’s saying I have
Recently started with sky 300mb fibre broadband.
The hub says it's receiving 313mb but nothing connected can get above 40mb, one of our phones can't even get wifi from it. The hub is in an open place, no obstructions, thin walls.
An engineer came out to look at it and fixed a fibre connection but we just cannot get anything over 40mb max. Any idea on what might be happening?

@Vandara51 Also do you always do your speed testing over wireless wi-fi, do you have any device that has an Ethernet port on it that can connect to the hub and speed test!

I currently don't have anything set up to do an Ethernet speed test so wifi test is all I can do at the moment.
These are the stats I had come through.

@Vandara51 Nothing bad jumps out would have been good to see a little data had you waited no matter been up 33 hrs.
Can you run this on your phone standing 6' six foot away from your hub, let it finish what it is doing, takes a minute or two hit the update, capture picture and post it up. There will be two values speed to the hub large, and at the bottom speed to your device!

The hub has been on and active since 10am Tuesday 24th June. I'm not sure if whatever the engineer did yesterday might have reset it or something.

@Vandara51 Yes you have a problem, download is way off, upload is not reporting right, your loaded at 411ms is out in left field somewhere, going to link you another couple off speed test, do you have anyway off doing an Ethernet connected test, wireless wi-fi is just so bad and no idea if that is your mobile device as it could be.
And looking at it, gut feeling your upload is just so bad, may be killing your download! Cloudflare will show you, got a full capture picture so will post but will need to be cleared for you to see!

@Vandara51 From just over 2 weeks ago, sample attached picture.2 weeks ago and fairly sure it was a wireless wi-fi but need to go look on my desktop to be sure.
As the picture is sitting on my onedrive got to go with it as a Ethernet connected, the download looks just too smooth to be a wireless wi-fi connected, and i must have saved it so i could edit to hide the IP, not much difference for a wi-fi one, just a little bit more choppier saw action for download....

@Vandara51 Just incase and may or may not be related, some kind of FW update going on with the SR203 hub, wither it is failing or just plain screwed up not sure, but may just be worth holding back for a little time, or carry on. the OLD FW was for sure rock solid. Do not have my sky hub connected so cannot say for sure!

Hi, sorry I had to go away for a few days so I wasn't able to test.
here are the results from the ones you sent, I'm still not able to do an Ethernet one at the moment. Download seems to have improved but still not meeting the 200 minimum all the time that we were promised
