Can’t get in touch

Can anyone tell me how I can get in touch with sky. 

joined sky broadband 8th December and it's shocking runs so slow and I'm now just wanting rid of it. I can't get through on phones chat and it won't allow me to send a message. 

im obviously out of my contract agreement by a few days but I'm wondering what will the Costa be for me coming away from sky early.

As you already have a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150.


You’ll need to return any loaned router to Sky, so it’s very important you get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely. Return packaging will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period. You will probably have to pay the remainder of your discounted deal.
