When we turn on we don't get the usual Amstrad menu options we gat the old screen saver from before when we were with Vodafone. This menu is static and the remote doesn't work. We've tried all the turning on and off stuff etc. We have only been using sky for a month....this is the fourth (at least) time this has happened but we can usually resolve the problem. This time the tv has been down since yesterday with no signs of life. TBH we are NOT impressed with your service at all!

@Chris518 please explain what you are trying to connect to your Sky hub. If it is a Sky Glass TV then try the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-network-setup
Forum members will need more information to help, and given the "Amstrad menu" means zero as that company disapeared many years back perhaps a picture would help. However if you want Sky's help, give them a ring.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
