Can't get a broadband package and can't to to a person

Trying to join sky and buy a broadband package, however after all the add-on promts, it says that there is a technical issue and to try again, which I have multiple times.

 

Then I figure I will try and call, however, I can only get through to a bot that tells me that the number I am calling from doesn't match to my account, but there is no way for me to put in my number on my account as a new customer. So there's no way for me to actually talk to anyone and get a package and the site has been broken for days now.

 

Can anyone help with a number that doesn't put me through to the bot?
