Can't get Sky to appear on TV wi-fi setting, have MXQ Pro box

Just received SKY Max router, I can not get SKY to appear on my TV wi-fi settings, I have a MXQ Pro box for channels. Anyone know how I can connect my TV to the internet, I have gone through Customer service and they said to come to the forum for help on the MXQ Pro box

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.

As that's apparently a somewhat elderly Android streamer, I'd think it almost certainly doesn't support WPA3 wireless encryption.
