Can’t find new WiFi network after installation

I had Sky Full Fibre 150 installed on Friday 15th August. The hub shows all green lights and is connected to the socket, but the new WiFi network (SSID) is not appearing on any of my devices (laptop or phones).

Steps I’ve already tried:

  1. Used the Sky service checker for broadband and WiFi.

  2. Followed all the troubleshooting steps provided.

  3. Pressed and held the WPS button, but nothing came up.

  4. Power cycled and reset the hub.

  5. My old WiFi network is still showing in the list, but it no longer connects.

At the moment the new network simply isn’t searchable/visible at all.

Any advice would be appreciated.
