My xbox will not complete a connection to Live because the NAT is either Strict or Unavailable and I need Open for gaming. My Sky router is set to default and I know that UPnP is activated. I have also set my Broadband Shield to accept gaming, so I suspect that a setting might need changing on the router, which I can access. Anybody out there who can help?
