My phone can't connect to my broadband but it can connect to the broadband that I used to have?

Find out more@Nikd1 if other devices are connecting properly and you have checked you are entering the password on the Sky hubs label correctly then tell the phonecto forget the connection. Power the phone down fully and then reboot it once it's fully back working try connecting again.
