Can’t connect to sky hub

I can't connect any device to my sky hub this morning. 
move tested the broadband and WiFi through the my Sky app and it says it's all working but still can't connect my laptop or any iPhones. 
I get the message can't connect to this network on my laptop.

Hi

It's a black hub.  I have since been and reset it and that seems to have done the trick.
