Judging by the many similar posts, you're almost certainly misreading the password. Unfortunately Sky didn't think to exclude characters that can be easily misread like 0 & O or 1 & l. Try taking a pic of the password on your phone & zooming into it to see if it's clearer.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AndiT543 if you are reading the password correctly delete the connection and fully reboot the phonecwhich should clear a fault where the password memory field gets corrupted.
