Can't connect to new wifi
I'm setting up my hub today. I can find the WiFi name on my phone internet settings but when I type in the password sent it doesn't recognise it so I currently can't add any devices or a cess any internet at home I don't have phone signal where I live so I need to fix this quickly

Judging by the many similar posts, you're almost certainly misreading the password. Unfortunately Sky didn't think to exclude characters that can be easily misread like 0 & O or 1 & l. Try taking a pic of the password on your phone & zooming into it to see if it's clearer.

@AndiT543 if you are reading the password correctly delete the connection and fully reboot the phonecwhich should clear a fault where the password memory field gets corrupted.
