Can’t connect to internet

The engineer has just installed my new sky broadband and tv.  The tv and my mobile will not recognise the password. I have tried all the usual steps . Any ideas please

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as show on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.

@Jack224 tell the devices to forget the Sky connection then power them down and reboot. On the TV you can do this by unplugging the power until the power led goes out. You will havectoo check with your phone's manufacturer's site for how to reboot that.

 

One thing thst can catch people out is Sky's use of both the numbers 0 & 1 and the letters O and I which are very easy to misread.
