Can't connect to internet. Checker says there's an issue but when I click "fix it" it says it's fine

I've restarted my router about ten times this morning. I have an orange light on for the internet. I used the online checker to see if there was an issue and to start with it just kept saying it looked fine.

Then after the last restart I checked again and it said there was an issue with my broadband and WiFi. Clicked the "fix it" button and it changed to say there wasn't an issue.

I still can't connect and I'm working from home. Never had such an issue before.

@Gemma0815 your hub has lost connection to the line which is why the app can't fix the issue. As the app is not telling you Sky are aware of an issue as yet call them and report it somthey can get an engineer out in the next few days.

The fact you use what is sold as a domestic connection does not get you any priority so plan for the worst. A fault reported today Wednesday should be fixed by the end of Friday if it takes longer then you will accumulate compensation from Monday next week see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
