About a week ago, sky broadband suddenly stopped being able to deliver social media sites and apps, zoom and certain other websites and apps. Some are fine, others are not. The speed is good, broadband signal fine. This is across all devices (phones, laptops tablets) in the household. When I switch to mobile internet its fine. What can I do as the Sky service is currently useless. I have already reset the router, it did nothing.

@jack_m_james It may be worth checking the settings within Sky shield https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-using , if they are set to allow social media then it might be worth setting it to block and then resetting it to allow to see if it helps.
