Can’t connect to WiFi in certain rooms

I can't connect to my wifi in the living room, every other rooms of the house if fine.

Is this because its out of range or are you getting any sort of error?

I can put the pod right next to the router but still not connecting.

They sent a pod and it won't connect to the router anywhere, therefore the living room is still out of range. The pod won't automatically connect and when I try to do it manually it throws up an error.

@lewisevans24 the pod needs to be added to the account and appear in the My Sky app. If it isnt you need to talk to Sky to get that done.
