Can’t connect sky broadband to Tv

Hi, I have just connected sky broadband to my TV and it doesn't work, the broadband  speed checker says it is good. Have turned off and on but have 'unsuccessful connection' Anyone else had this issue? I have sky stream,

Just Re-set the broadban Hub, and then reset your Netowrk on the TV. Will start working. 

in case if it doesnt your, Just reset the settings on the Hidden Settings ( Highlight settings and press 001 Sellect) .

For a week now I have had no broadband connection for my sky tv.

 

I have followed all the trouble shoot routes but nothing has changed.

on my settings menu it won't allow me to reset my WiFi as it doesn't give me that option I just have a message constantly on my screen. 

I have tried to follow the instructions but it just keeps saying it can't connect.

Have you tried rebooting your broadband hub at the mains by turning it off, waiting a few minutes then turning it back on ?

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
