Could you use the service checker in your my sky app using 4g/5g mobile data and see if it lets you book an engineer

No - it's telling me everything is ok however I have no internet connection

However if you have no connection you need to report the issue to Sky but it is probably wise to reboot the Sky hub by removing the mains power for 30 seconds as that van restore connections.

I am having the same issue, everything is showing ok online but I have no internet

I have the same issue. The tests say all ok but I have no internet. A hard reset of the router (hold down button at back for 30sec) sorted it for 5 minutes but it's gone off again. Seems impossible to actually speak to anyone at sky because the tests say it's fine.
