Can’t connect my PlayStation portal with Wi-Fi.

Ok I had the exact same problem tried everything sky told me to do anyway in short on the side of your router there is a reset button press this for 30 seconds this resets the router channel and hopefully connects to your portal ,let me know how you get on

Fixed with kindle*
The person who posted the kindle fix is a legend, its the only thing that worked. Tried everything else, reset portal/broadband, settings, QR code etc nothing worked except for connecting kindle to wifi.

New to sky fibre optic. Everything connected apart from ps portal. I disabled sky  Broadband shield via the app and then I could connect the portal .

@Sarz1 by default Ofcom requires Sky to apply an age restricted profile which will block some online gaming.

I have just disabled the sky shield on the app and my portal actually worked without any lag or disconnecting every 10 seconds. I cannot believe something simple like that worked after spending months looking for solutions how to split the WiFi and testing different channels and purchasing various gadgets to boost the signal. Thank you for the fix
