Can't connect mobiles to new hub
Hi there,
I'm new to this today and so I hope that someone can help. Our new broadband connection went live this morning and was activated by Sky at 08:00. I managed to connect our desktop PC within a matter of minutes but have now spent about two hours trying to connect our two mobile phones (one Nokia and one Samsung) to the network and every time I get "incorrect password". There is one character that could be a 1 or an l but I have tried both combinations countless times. Regrettably, I don't appear to have a QR code on the back of the router. I've tried turning the hub and the mobiles off; have changed my privacy settings to 18+ and have done most of the other things suggested online.
If anyone can offer advice as to how I sort this I will be eternally grateful. Hope to hear from you soon.
PS I'm not particularly techie so please explain anything complicated in simple terms. Thanks.

Re: Can't connect mobiles to new hub
@ron_dullage Going to be the password look real close also letter O or a number zero 0, l L 1, little l Capital L and the number 1. Upper case/lower case, text on the password has to be 100% spot on!
Write it down, did you get a card also, compare the card to the label on the back, matching set?
