Can’t connect devices to wifi

Hi we've just had sky broadband installed today but are struggling to connect some of our devices especially the Xbox S - it picks up the sky network but won't connect once the password had been entered

@WinterBeryl Glad you got it all sorted out, did you need the assistance off sky to do it, or you managed it all by yourself!

We managed by ourselves - it was down to us misreading a letter in the password...
