I can't connect my sky Q to my sky broadband I've done all the troubleshooting activities but still will not connect and as a result I am unable to watch other subscription channels such as prime and Netflix it's been off for 2 days now and still no luck connecting it has been connected before and was connected Tuesday evening but yesterday was disconnected and has been like it ever since
