Can’t connect PlayStation portal to new Sky Fibre hub
Hi,
I've recently updated my internet to a Sky Fibre package but having a problem where my playstation portal won't connect to the wifi.
It keeps coming up with the 'scan QR code for public wifi' screen but when I scan the QR code it doesn't do anything.
From googling it appears to be a problem that the Sky wifi is trying to load up a 'welcome to sky internet' page which is why it won't connect but this page won't appear when I connnect my laptop or phone.
Has anyone manage to rectify this problem? Is there a way to disable this welcome page as the only solution anyone has posted is to connect with a Kindle to make the page load up and I don't have one of them.

@littlesylar Playstation portal is to do with the playstation only, nothing to do with sky Hub! You need to connect your playstation device to the sky Hub either wireless wifi or by Ethernet cable, strongly advise you to do cable as the connection type!

Re: Can’t connect PlayStation portal to new Sky Fibre hub
I've connected my Ps5 via an Ethernet cable and that works fine.
The PlayStation portal literally can't connect to the Wi-Fi hub due it thinking the Sky Wi-Fi is public Wi-Fi that needs a login page.
I've tried disabling broadband shield but unfortunately that doesn't work either.
