@Tbot normally a PS5 will connect to a Sky hub set to its defaults without issue. If the PS5 has been networked before powering the console down and rebooting can clear the memory associated with the previous router. Check you are entering the password exactly as printed on the label checking you are not misreading a letterO as a 0 for example which is very easy to do.
