Can't change wifi name or password on max hub

I have just had my sky FTTP activated and I'm trying to change the wifi network name and password to match my old one.  I have a sky max hub and the instructions say to change the network name and password in the "my sky" app.  However, the hub doesn't show up in my products and services in the my sky app so I can't change it.  We have a lot of smart devices and changing them over to a new network will take ages, does anyone know how to get the hub to show up?

Hi @andos 

Often there is a delay for the My Sky app to update with your Max hub. You need to give it a few days at least.

In the end it started working later that day after about five hours.  Apparently there is some latency while the data feeds through

do you have to be connected to the WI-FI for it to work?

I just tested and the app let me in to the WiFi settings while I was only on 4g so I don't think so but I'm not certain.  I think it would be better if they let you edit the WiFi settings directly in the router's UI to be honest as the delay was annoying, I had a few devices offline for a while
