I have just had my sky FTTP activated and I'm trying to change the wifi network name and password to match my old one. I have a sky max hub and the instructions say to change the network name and password in the "my sky" app. However, the hub doesn't show up in my products and services in the my sky app so I can't change it. We have a lot of smart devices and changing them over to a new network will take ages, does anyone know how to get the hub to show up?

Often there is a delay for the My Sky app to update with your Max hub. You need to give it a few days at least.
